How I will celebrate Earth Hour

Tonight at 8:30 is Earth Hour, sponsored by the World Wildlife Fund. The goal is to have every home in the world turn off all their lights for one hour. At 8:30 I will, of course, turn ON every light in my house. Why? Electricity is synonymous with prosperity, security and happiness. Why would I want to do a one hour imitation of life in North Korea, rural China, the jungles of the Amazon, or remote Africa? These eco-freaks are flat-out idiots.
